I may accept other kinds of commission requests that involve a similar skillset to any commission option I currently provide. When filling out the commission form, please select "Other" for the kind of commission you are requesting and describe it in as much detail as possible.

By paying for a commissioned work, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of service in full and agree to them.

Payment and Delivery

✿ I will only accept payment through PayPal's invoice system.✿ Payment for commissioned works must be made in full before I begin working.✿ Exact pricing can vary based on additional details and will be negotiated in advance.✿ I will not accept commissions for a lower price than I have advertised.✿ When payment is made, the price is final and may not be renegotiated.✿ Commissioned works are non-refundable except for a 50% refund only in the following two cases: If I fail to deliver the work within an expected timeframe of 3 weeks (or any alternative timeframe agreed upon in advance) after recieving payment, or if you wish to cancel before the work is delivered.✿ Timeframes are considered by the date in EST (UTC -5:00) or EDT (UTC -4:00), the latter being used during daylight savings time in the United States.✿ Commissioned works are considered delivered when relevant image files are sent to you through your contact info provided on the commission form as there is no physical product.

Commission Process and Revisions

✿ You must fill out the commission form for me to accept your request.✿ Communication will be made through your contact info provided through the commission form. I cannot accept a commission without proper contact info.✿ When commissioning, please provide plentiful references including as many images as possible.✿ Please note that I will not accept commissions involving sexual content or excessive violence/gore. I may also decline to take on a commission for any other reason.✿ If you believe there is a mistake in the finished work or otherwise wish for a small detail to be changed, you are allowed to request one free revision. Please include as much information about the revision as possible when doing so to avoid needing multiple revisions.✿ Any further revisions are to be made at my own discretion and might not be free.✿ I retain the right to decline any revision, even your one free revision, if I feel it is trying to take advantage of me (ex. completely different outfits or characters)

Usage Rights

✿ The following usage rights are only granted for commissioned works of characters that you own the copyright to or have permission to use. In the case of a commission that is a gift for another individual who is allowed to use the character, they are the one who gains usage rights. For practical reasons, anyone working on a collaborative project with the person granted usage rights may also be granted permission to use it within the project.✿ Commissioned works may be used by you for most personal non-profit purposes. They may also be used by you for the following for-profit purposes:
     ✿ Game development
     ✿ Livestreaming
     ✿ Video creation
     ✿ Social media accounts
     ✿ Promotional materials relating to the above use cases✿ You may NOT use commissioned works for the following purposes under any circumstances:
     ✿ Resale of the commissioned work
     ✿ AI/Neural Networks/Deep Learning/etc.
     ✿ "Training Data" for the above or related technologies
     ✿ NFTs/Crypto Currency/Blockchain
     ✿ Gambling using real money (including "Gacha" or "Lootboxes")
     ✿ Anything illegal or against a given platforms terms of service
     ✿ Direct promotion or encouragement of bigotry and hatred such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, etc.
     ✿ Promotional materials relating to the above use cases✿ I am not to be held responsible for any misuse you may make of the commissioned work.✿ If you wish to use the commissioned work for a use case not explicitly allowed or prohibited, you must ask permission from me first.✿ Any usage, personal or commercial, must be clearly and properly attributed to "Belle Chromatica".✿ If possible, a link to my Bluesky account or this webpage should also be given alongside credit.✿ On Bluesky, only linking to my profile is required as credit.✿ You may modify commissioned works to your liking, but you do not gain ownership of them by doing so and are subject to all of the same terms involving its usage.✿ You may NOT transfer any usage rights to any other individual without my permission.✿ I retain the right to use the commissioned work on this webpage and any social media, video hosting, or livestreaming website. This is primarily for the purpose of promoting further commissions. If this is a dealbreaker for you, I have plans to allow for opting out of this when I have a stronger portfolio of commissioned works in the future.✿ You may request to remain anonymous in any cases where I display the commissioned work.

If you violate any of my terms of service, I may cancel the commission, you may be blacklisted from further commissions, and you may lose usage rights to the commissioned work.I may change my terms of service at any time. Any changes do not impact works paid for before the change was made.If you need to see the terms of service that were active when you commissioned your work, all prior revisions are archived below.
